dkbd Terms & Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all services provided by dkbd — including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games and all other entertainment services. These Terms must be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, which form an inseparable part of these Terms.

dkbd reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continuing to access the platform after any change means you are automatically considered to have accepted the revised Terms.

1.2 Interpretation

In these Terms, "we", "us" or "dkbd" refers to the entity operating the platform. "You" or "User" refers to any visitor, registered or unregistered, on the platform. "Services" refers to all gaming, betting and related activities of dkbd.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on dkbd. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, the same household, the same device or the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate and complete. If false or fraudulent information is provided, dkbd reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds. If you need to update your information, please contact our support team.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and protect users, dkbd may request identity verification at any time. If the requested documents are not provided in a timely manner, the account may be temporarily suspended. Withdrawals may be delayed until the identity verification process is complete.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If your account is compromised or you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Always log out after using someone else's device.
• Never share your password via email or message.

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to use the dkbd platform. We strictly enforce a "21+ only" policy. We may request documents to verify age at any time, and we reserve the right to close an account if verification fails.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

dkbd primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users are responsible for confirming that the use of online gaming services is lawful under the laws of their own country. This responsibility lies entirely with the user.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

dkbd offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If wagering is not completed, the bonus balance will be considered void.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Misuse of the bonus system — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts, or attempting to make risk-free profits through systematic betting patterns (bonus arbitrage) — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any bonus-related winnings will be cancelled.

4.4 VIP Program

dkbd has three VIP tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Users can progress to higher tiers based on their activity and gameplay. Details of the specific benefits at each tier are available on the dkbd website.

5.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

dkbd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and Bank Transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Using another person's payment method instead of one registered in your own name is prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Completed identity verification is mandatory at the time of withdrawal.

5.3 Transaction Verification

dkbd reserves the right to delay or suspend any transaction if suspicious activity or potential money laundering is detected. Additional documents may be requested in such cases. Failure to cooperate may result in account suspension.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on dkbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion fees may apply for transactions in other currencies, and these are entirely the user's responsibility.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

dkbd is committed to ensuring fair play. Our games are powered by software from recognized providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game result is entirely machine-generated and not predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection or other technical issue, dkbd will make every effort to protect the user's interests. However, dkbd is not fully liable for game outcomes in such circumstances. In the event of a dispute, server logs will be treated as the final reference.

6.3 Betting Limits

Specific betting limits apply to each game and market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. dkbd reserves the right to change betting limits without notice. dkbd also reserves the right to impose specific limits on individual accounts.

7.1 Fraud & Manipulation

• Unauthorized interference with or modification of game software or systems.
• Playing games using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in a game for advantage.
• Colluding with other users during play (Collusion).

7.2 Financial Crimes

• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Using stolen or unauthorized credit/debit cards or mobile banking accounts.
• Attempting to misappropriate funds through chargebacks or fraudulent transactions.

7.3 Other Prohibited Activities

• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting unauthorized access to dkbd's systems.
• Attempting to introduce harmful software or viruses.
• Conducting activity with the intent to harass or harm other dkbd users.

8.1 Data Collection & Use

dkbd collects, stores and processes users' personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, identity verification, ensuring security and meeting legal obligations. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption technology.

8.2 Sharing Data with Third Parties

dkbd does not sell user data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, necessary data may be shared with trusted partners for payment processing, identity verification and compliance with legal obligations.

9.1 Closed by User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account. Options for a self-initiated break or permanent exclusion are also available under our responsible gaming policy.

9.2 Suspended by dkbd

dkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior is detected.
• If registration was completed using false information.
• If cooperation with identity verification is refused.
• In accordance with directions from legal or regulatory authorities.

10.1 Acknowledgment of Risk

Online gaming and betting inherently carry financial risk. By participating on dkbd, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of this risk and that you will not place bets beyond what you can afford to lose. Gaming is for entertainment purposes only — it should not be considered a source of income.

10.2 Limits of Liability

dkbd is not responsible for losses arising from the following:

• Games or bets left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, government restrictions).
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to secure their account.

11.1 Right to Make Changes

dkbd reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide a notice on the platform. The latest version will always be available on this page.

11.2 Use After Changes

If you continue to use the platform after the terms and conditions have been changed, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
